Due to the nature of our products, all sales of freeze dried products are final.
No Returns or exchanges. Our items are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality for all customers.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for:
*Change of mind
*Taste Preferences
*Improper storage after delivery
*Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are no responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery location.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once and order has been processed, shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
